It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items prior to placing bids and to determine the condition, authenticity, and suitability of all items. Payment Terms: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved checks. Credit and debit card payments will incur a $3.00 convenience fee per transaction. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price of each item. Kentucky sales tax of 6% will also be applied unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided prior to payment. Invoices: Winning bidders will receive an invoice via email following the conclusion of the auction. Full payment is required according to the terms listed on the invoice. Pickup Requirements: Winning bidders are responsible for payment and removal of all purchased items during the designated pickup date and time. Failure to pick up items during the scheduled pickup window may result in: A late fee of $1.00 per item per day, and Temporary suspension of bidding privileges Items not removed within a reasonable time frame may be considered abandoned and resold, with no refund issued. Soft Close Format: This auction utilizes a soft close format. Any bid placed within the final 30 seconds of bidding will automatically extend the bidding time for that item to one (1) additional minute, allowing other bidders the opportunity to place further bids. Technical Issues: The auction company is not responsible for software malfunctions, internet interruptions, platform outages, or other technical issues that may result in extended bidding times, delayed closings, or other bidding irregularities.
